“Salmonella and Campylobacter are becoming increasingly resistant to ciprofloxacin, one of the antibiotics of choice for treating infections caused by these bacteria.” EFSA 3 Mar 2020
Vaccines are efficient tools to prevent bacterial infections and thus can reduce efficiently the use of antibiotics.
Based on a novel glycoengineering platform, we develop vaccines with a current focus on farming animals. Our first projects target Campylobacter colonization in chicken and Actinobacillus pleuropneumonie infection in pigs.
